Freedom or freedom is essentially a basic right which is owned by every human being, while colonialism is essentially a denial of human dignity itself. As a
creature of God Almighty, by nature is granted the basic right called human rights without differentiating between one another. how is the implementation of human rights up to now in Indonesia? This Human Rights Court Act was formed and issued for two main purposes. The first is the ideal goal and the second is the goal in practice. The ideal goals include maintaining world peace, ensuring the implementation of human rights provides protection, certainty, justice, and feelings
of individuals or society, while the practical goal is to resolve violations of human rights that are extraordinary and have wide-ranging impacts.
