<p>Freedom or freedom is essentially a basic right which is owned by every&nbsp;human being, while colonialism is essentially a denial of human dignity itself. As a<br>creature of God Almighty, by nature is granted the basic right called human rights&nbsp;without differentiating between one another. how is the implementation of human&nbsp;rights up to now in Indonesia? This Human Rights Court Act was formed and issued&nbsp;for two main purposes. The first is the ideal goal and the second is the goal in&nbsp;practice. The ideal goals include maintaining world peace, ensuring the implementation of human rights provides protection, certainty, justice, and feelings<br>of individuals or society, while the practical goal is to resolve violations of human rights that are extraordinary and have wide-ranging impacts.</p>
