PERAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGAWASAN DANA DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG DESA STUDI DESA TEBING TINGGI KAB SERGAI

Abstract

From accommodating the principle of participation, Law No. 6 of 2014 accommodates various forms of community participation in various matters concerning the village and village government. The existence of such accommodation is carried out to change the meaning of participation which has so far been considered as a process of community mobilization for the sake of development in the name of "voluntary sacrifice for the sake of the nation and state". Village funds are funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget intended for villages that are transferred through the Regency / City Village Revenue and Expenditure budget and are used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development and community empowerment.
