PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK BIDANG PERIJINAN SEBAGAI IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN OTONOMI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the licensing of public service delivery as the implementation of regional autonomy policy in Deli Serdang. This research is
doctrinal (doctrinal research), the research that analyzes the law, both written in the book (written in law in books )as well as the law to be decided by the judge
through the court process  (law as it Decided by the judge through a judicial process). From the research it can be concluded that during the various existing
permit in Deli Serdang seem difficult and a burden on society. Various introductory letter and be prepared to be able to take care of licensing and bureaucratic chain length can encourage people to take shortcuts or even not at all take care of permissions. Licensing in Deli Serdang is still done manually by the implementing agencies, namely the Department of Human Settlements technical, Regional Development and Mines.
