PERANAN BADAN PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KONSUMEN (BPSK) DALAM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KONSUMEN

Abstract

Rapid economic developments have generated a wide range of goods and or services consumed by the consignees  of the community. The development of science and technology makes a lot of various products that are diverivikasi and the existence of good or services has also crossed the territority of a country so that there is expansion of space flow of goods or service transactions. This situation provides benefits to consumers because of the need for goods and or services desired immadiatelly fulfilled and the freedom of fredoom to choose various types and quality of goods and or services in accordance with the wishes and capabilities of consumers. Consumer dispute settlement institutions have existed and formed by the government with the presidensial 40 of 2001 calm the establishment of BPSK which serves to assist the community in resolving consumers disputes.
