Abstract

Writing this paper aims to determine the capacity of international organizations in the making of treaties. In this research paper writing, used literature research method, that is by doing a search for secondary data that exists on the chosen theme. From the discussion, it can be concluded that the international organization basically has the capacity of current is established. Only, the capacity, in contrast to those owned by the state, its nature is limited to the purposes of the establishment of the organization established by the founders set forth in the basic instruments of the International Organizations. In the manufacture of the International Treaty by the International Organization, which is not much in terms of material arising from the agreement, because it is basically an agreement made by the International Organization in this respect will be relatively the same as the agreement made by the state.
