Abstract

Arranging learning areas and centers in early childhood education institutions often faces challenges, such as limited media variation and restricted classroom space. This study aims to analyze the practice of organizing learning areas and centers, the constraints faced, and the efforts made at RA Al Amin. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, involving the Principal and classroom teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that the arrangement of indoor areas (such as reading, art, block centers, and storage racks) alongside outdoor spaces creates a safe, comfortable, and interactive learning environment. This setup positively enhances children's active engagement, independence, creativity, as well as their physical-motor and socio-emotional development..
